Three jobs that tell the story.
A 14-storey life-safety upgrade, a strata refeed that stopped water coming through the slab, and a custom home — the range we cover across the Lower Mainland.
Fire alarm replacement — 14 storeys, downtown Vancouver
An older high-rise still running a legacy 3-wire fire alarm system. We replaced it end to end with a current code-compliant system that's far more reliable and genuinely fail-safe — monitored for immediate fire-department response, and tied into elevator recall so cars return to the right floor automatically.
Commercial · Life safetyTownhome complex refeed — 1970s strata over parkade
The original feeders were buried in the slab and the conduits had rotted through, cracking the concrete around them and letting water into the units and the parkade below. We abandoned and sealed every failed run, then rebuilt the whole distribution in new conduit suspended under the slab — coordinated with BC Hydro, the strata council and residents to keep everyone powered throughout.
Strata · DistributionCustom home — full electrical & lighting
Complete wiring for a custom build: 200A service, an integrated LED lighting plan, millwork and undercabinet lighting, and an EV-ready garage. Inspection passed on the first visit.
ResidentialWork that has to last
another fifty years.
Every run re-bent, racked and supported by hand beneath a live parkade — while residents kept parking under it.
